Community Services

The following divisions comprise the Community Services Department. Assistant City Manager Casey Casella serves as the director of the department.

Elections

The Elections division administers local elections and supports residents throughout the election process. The division manages voter registration, trains election judges, prepares polling locations and voting equipment, and oversees the secure counting and certification of election results, while ensuring compliance with state and federal election laws.

Reception

The Information Desk division operates as the City's central information desk and service hub, handling incoming calls through the main switchboard, assisting walk-in visitors with navigation to City services, issuing various licenses and permits, accepting payments for services and invoices, and delivering support across departments.

Communications

The communications division provides a newsletter and website for the City and its residents, businesses and organizations, as well as maintains Ask the City, the City's automated message line.

Management Information Systems

The Information Services division provides all network hardware and software support for the City. It also provides individual City employees with hardware and software support.
