Ice Skating Rinks

Outdoor Ice Rinks are Closed for the 2020-2021 Season

Once open, skating rinks are available for your enjoyment at six locations in Hopkins and eight locations in Minnetonka.

COVID-19 Updates

• Outdoor ice rinks will be maintained and open during regular hours of operation. 
• All Hopkins and Minnetonka warming houses will remain closed during the 2020-2021 season. 
• Park ambassadors will frequent rinks throughout the season to monitor ice conditions and usage.
• Additional benches and picnic tables have been added for public use. 

Regular Open Hours

• Monday-Thursday: 4:30 to 9 p.m.
• Friday: 4:30 to 9:45 p.m.
• Saturday: Noon to 9:45 p.m.
• Sunday: Noon to 7 p.m.

Holiday Hours

• New Year's Eve, December 31: Noon to 7 p.m.
• January 1: Noon to 9 p.m. 
• Martin Luther King Jr. Day, January 18: Noon to 9 p.m.
• President's Day, February 15: Noon to 9 p.m.
