Pavilion Rental Guidelines
Room rentals are now open to host groups of 25 or less.
The arena floor is available for ice rentals.
Spectator Guidelines at The Pavilion
- Practices: One parent/guardian is allowed in the facility to assist participants under 12 years old. For 12 and up we ask that you drop off/pick up 10 minutes before scheduled ice time.
- Games: Immediate family members are allowed to watch from the bleachers only and are asked to enter the facility only ten minutes before scheduled game and vacate the facility immediately at the conclusion of the game. Please go directly to the bleachers when entering the facility and be sure to social distance while in the facility.
- No concessions or vending will be available at the facility at this time.
- Masks are to worn the whole time while inside the facility.

The Hopkins Pavilion is an arena used year-round for a multitude of activities including ice skating, broomball, soccer, lacrosse, inline skating, rugby, baseball, softball, concerts, company picnics and other community and private events.
Reach a captive audience of over 150,000 spectators and participants per year at the Pavilion.
The Pavilion offers a dry floor facility from mid-May through mid-August.
The Pavilion offers an indoor ice arena from September 3, 2019 through February 22, 2020.
The Pavilion offers indoor turf from the end of February through mid-May. Over 450 hours are spent on the turf for youth soccer clinics, youth lacrosse leagues, and rentals to private groups and organizations.
The Hopkins Pavilion is available to rent every day of the week and can accommodate anything from a small meeting or birthday party to a large gathering of up to 2,500 people.
Our mezzanine has a multi-purpose area, meeting rooms and a conference room for smaller gatherings and activities. All of these rental opportunities are open for use by any individual resident, non-resident or any non-profit or for profit organization.
