Organized Associations

The Avenues Neighborhood Association East

Established in 2010, this neighborhood association encompasses the Avenues east of 12th Avenue and north of Mainstreet.

Bellgrove Improvement Association

The Bellgrove Improvement Association was established in 1940 and became part of Hopkins in 1950. The association was incorporated on December 5, 1946 and has been actively pursuing neighborhood projects and concerns since then.

Hobby Acres Association, Inc.

Established in 1940, the Hobby Acres Association, Inc., was formed in 1955.

Meadow Creek Condominiums

The largest condominium association in Minnesota. Located at 11th Avenue South and Smetana Road.

Minnehaha Oaks Association

A small neighborhood group who fought to preserve the forest now known as the Hiawatha Oaks Preserve.

Nine Mile Cove

Nine Mile Cove contains fifty-six villa homes near Highway 169 and Lincoln Drive

Park Valley Association

This 50 plus year old neighborhood association has a long history of socializing and organizing around issues affecting the neighborhood. It is located just south of the SUPERVALU distribution center.

Westbrooke Patio Homes

Westbrooke Patio Homes Association was incorporated as a 328 townhouse community in 1973. It is located on 23 acres in southern Hopkins.
