Balance and Chair Yoga

Incorporates yoga poses designed for older adults to focus on improving flexibility, balance, strength, posture and breathing. Patty leads the class in this gentle form of yoga, practiced on the mat or sitting in a chair for support and balance.

Mat Yoga

Yoga class with an approach for gentle stretching, balance, and flexibility movements of the body, along with focused breathing to promote relaxation and stress reduction. 

Functional Fitness

Looking for variety? Try our Functional Fitness class incorporating balance, flexibility, low impact cardio, strength training and stretching. Energetic fitness instructor Janelle will encourage and motivate you to help reach your fitness goals.

Contracted Facility

Hopkins Activity Center is a contracted facility with American Health Fitness (Silver & Fit®), Healthway’s Fitness (SilverSneakers®) and UnitedHealthcare (RenewActive®) to offer fitness opportunities for eligible health plan members. Contact the office for more information.
