Low-Usage Affordability Credit: 866-975-7327 Available for customers of Xcel Energy who use less than 300kWh per month and meet income guidelines. Provides a 35% credit on energy they use. Those enrolled in the Energy Assistance Program (above) are automatically enrolled in this program.
