Hopkins Climate Solutions Plan
The City of Hopkins adopted its climate action and resilience plan, titled the Hopkins Climate Solutions Plan, on August 4, 2025.

The City of Hopkins, with grant funding from the Nine Mile Creek Watershed, has created a demonstration garden in Valley Park to show the environmental benefits of pollinator-friendly native landscaping.

The Hopkins community and Xcel Energy will be partnering through the Partners in Energy program to build upon past community energy discussions and plans and help Hopkins develop and implement a strategic energy plan.
