Greetings! Thanks for your past participation and future interest in the Hopkins Apartment Managers Association (HAMA). HAMA meetings are held three times a year and are coordinated by city staff from Planning & Development, Police, and Fire Department. We welcome suggestions for topics and speakers. 

Upcoming Meeting Information

The next HAMA meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Ovation Apartments - 1118 Mainstreet (upper level outdoor patio)

Join us for a tour of the new apartment community at Ovation, led by Mark Wyzgowski of Enclave Companies, followed by a police-led discussion on current trends related to opiates. 

You will be educated on:

• Recognizing narcotics and related activity
• How to keep staff and residents safe
• How to prevent overdoses, with a training on the use of Naloxone (including the opportunity to receive free Naloxone for you, your staff, and residents)
