Deadline to Apply for Hopkins Academy is March 24

Join us for Hopkins Academy! This is a free opportunity to go behind the scenes of City departments across Hopkins and learn more about how your community works. This four-session course will give you an in-depth look into City departments and programs. Hopkins Academy is designed to be interactive, as well as fun and informative. To be eligible, you must reside and/or work in Hopkins, and must not have attended the academy in previous years. Find more information and apply online.

Community Iftar Dinner is March 26

Join the City of Hopkins and the Hopkins Race & Equity Initiative for a Community Iftar Dinner on Wednesday, March 26, at 7 p.m. (dinner served at sundown), at the Depot Coffee House. Muslim and non-Muslim community members are invited to this free event. Sign-up is optional but encouraged.  

Take the Climate Action and Resiliency Survey by April 11

The City of Hopkins is developing a Climate Action and Resiliency Plan and we want to hear from you! An online survey is open now until Friday, April 11. This is your chance to share what matters most to you when it comes to creating an environmentally-friendly community and planning for the future. Your ideas will help shape the city's first-ever climate action and resiliency plan. Learn more, and take the survey in English, Spanish or Somali.
