Dear HAMA Member:

Greetings! Thanks for your past participation and future interest in the Hopkins Apartment Managers Association (HAMA). HAMA meetings are held three times a year and are coordinated by city staff from Planning & Development, Police, and Fire Departments. We welcome suggestions for topics and speakers. 

A lunch catered by Pizza Lucé will be provided for the May 7th meeting!

Upcoming Meeting Information

The next HAMA meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. (noon) to 1:30 p.m. at the Hopkins Fire Department (101 - 17th Ave S, 3rd floor training room)


Agenda topics for the meeting will include:


1. Presentation by Donna Hanbery

Attorney Donna Hanbery will share information regarding managing rental properties. 

2. Hopkins Climate Solutions Fund

Hopkins Sustainability Specialist Mikala Larson will present on the Hopkins Climate Solutions Fund. This program offers incentives to property owners and renters to reduce upfront costs associated with replacing energy equipment and installing renewable energy systems. Eligible projects for multifamily property owners include lighting, solar energy, electric vehicle charging equipment, and more. Learn more about the program.
