HAMA meetings are held three times a year and are coordinated by city staff members from Planning and Economic Development, Police, and Fire Departments. Winter 2022 Meeting Topics

Keith Nance from The Link will explain the dynamics of their housing coalition in Hennepin County and how they work with adults with barriers to housing stability. Learn more about who they are and what they do, including the role of Housing Specialists throughout the coalition and how they act as liaisons and support for landlords, management companies and the participants they serve.
RECYCLING EDUCATION AND RESOURCES
GreenCorps member Pazey Yang serving with the City of Hopkins will be discussing upcoming multifamily recycling education opportunities, trainings and resources. As a GreenCorps member, her work focuses on community readiness and outreach. Pazey is looking to connect with property owners and renters to offer educational opportunities that improve recycling habits.
