Greetings! Thank you for your past participation and future interest in the Hopkins Apartment Managers Association (HAMA).
HAMA meetings are held three times a year and are coordinated by city staff members from Planning and Economic Development, Inspections and the Police/Fire Departments. We welcome suggestions for topics and speakers. Feel free to bring your own lunch and join us in 2021 in person and virtually via Zoom!

You most certainly will not want to miss this opportunity! Attorney Donna Hanbery will be sharing valuable information regarding how to best manage your rental community, especially given the current challenges. Topics of discussion will be focused on pets/animals, preventing illegal activity (marijuana use) and unauthorized guests.

Rental Housing Inspections and Community Development UPDATE
The City of Hopkins has been evaluating policy and procedure regarding rental housing inspections. We look forward to sharing this information with the community! There are many new developments coming to the community and city staff will be highlighting all of those with you.
