Before choosing an evaluator from the list above, do your homework and make sure you're working with only the best. It's a good idea to get recommendations from a real estate agent, friend, or a trade organization such as the American Society of Home Inspectors, Independent Inspectors of North America, or Minnesota Society of Housing Inspectors. City of Hopkins employees cannot recommend evaluators.
