    • Everyone Counts: Everything you want to know about the census!

The U.S. Census Bureau estimates that 17.7% of Minnesotans won’t complete the census. That’s 965,000 people who could be missed. This presentation will talk about the importance of reaching renters, one of the historically undercounted populations.

We need everyone to respond to the census so that we have the funding we need for the next decade--funding for education, healthcare, housing, transportation, emergency services and other vital programs. Learn more and get all your questions answered by a knowledgeable staff member from Hennepin County’s census speakers’ bureau.

Julia Ross, Community Outreach Liaison for the Joint Community Police Partnership, will provide information on community resources. Come learn about general community resources and Hennepin County resources for information you can share with your tenants who may be in need of some assistance.
